European Center for Quality Ltd. is a consulting company established in 2001. The company specialized in the development and management of projects under various EU programmes, as well as in the development and implementation of international quality management standards. The company works in close collaboration with a number of foreign and Bulgarian partners, including consulting companies, educational institutions and universities, qualification centers, non-governmental organizations, etc.
The company has big international experience and know-how in the preparation of project proposals, as well as in the technical and financial management of projects under different European and other international programmes, including Erasmus+ Programme, Lifelong Learning programme, Intelligent Energy for Europe Programme, Innovation and Competitiveness 2014-2020, Competitiveness 2007-2013, Regional Development OP, PHARE programme “Enhancing the competitiveness of Bulgarian companies”, PHARE programme “Trans-border Cooperation”, UNDP, etc. Moreover, the company is a partner in projects managed by partner organizations in Europe.
Role in the Project: As a coordinator, European Centre for Quality Ltd. was responsible for the overall project implementation – constant monitoring of the project activities and achieving the planned final results. The coordinator is the party responsible for the selection of participants, organizing the PLC preparation in Bulgaria, the travel and stay of participants in the host country. It is also actively involved in the dissemination of the project outcomes via its international partner network and involvement in European valorization conferences and initiatives.
