During the mobility, students have the opportunity to participate directly in the daily work process of the digital agency Total Innovation EU Ltd., to broaden the spectrum of theoretical knowledge through practice in line with the target sector international standards and to improve their professional competencies through skills acquisition in the cyber security field.
All the competencies that participants receive after the end of the mobility upgrade their professional training in school with additional practical skills.
As a result, participants will get acquainted with the specifics of the profession they study at school and gain valuable skills for their future employers. There is a transfer of acquired competencies from the learning to the real working environment and vice versa. This will increase students’ awareness and strengthen their interest in the target sector of this project. Mobility activities will increase students’ chances to continue their education at a university in Bulgaria or abroad.
In the course of mobility, in addition to the acquired technical skills, participants will also improve their soft skills: presentation and communication skills, logical thinking, creativity and innovativeness, teamwork, work ethics, fulfillment of a specific technical assignment in time, accuracy, correctness, tolerance, flexibility, precision, developing a sense of responsibility and self-discipline.
With the active use of specific technical terminology during practice, participants also increase their command of English. They develop intercultural competencies and skills for adapting and working in a multicultural environment, respecting intercultural differences and fostering a sense of European citizenship and European self-awareness.
